Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Intermediate Mechanical Services Design Engineer to join our Current Design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing from concept or stage 2/3 through to stage 5 mechanical designs. Largely for CAT A/B office fit out projects.
Duties
- Competent use of heat load calculation software such as cymap, IES or hea
- Design and develop Mechanical & public health systems including all required calculations.
- Create detailed schematics and technical drawings, use of AutoCAD / Revit preferential but not essential.
- Production of Technical Submittals.
- Attending Design Meetings, client facing.
- Leading Service Co-ordination with other trades for design.
Experience
- Proven experience in mechanical services design engineering
- Proficiency in heat load software and design tools
- Mechanical knowledge encompassing materials selection
- Experience working with schematics, technical drawings, and documentation standards.

Pay: £28,695.98-£58,250.49 per year
