Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and independence
- Develop and follow tailored care plans to meet individual needs and preferences
- Support clients with medication reminders and health monitoring as required
- Maintain clear communication with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Keep accurate records of care provided, updates to care plans, and any incidents or concerns
- Foster a warm, respectful environment that encourages clients’ dignity and well-being at all times
Requirements
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record to support transportation duties
- Experience working in a care home or home care setting is highly desirable
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Familiarity with developing or following care plans tailored to individual needs
- Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes
- Strong communication skills to build trustful relationships with clients and team members
- Compassionate attitude with a proactive approach to supporting others’ needs
