Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a truly rewarding opportunity supporting a child with complex needs?
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Camden is looking to appoint a dedicated full-time 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a high-needs, pre-verbal Year 3 pupil from September.
This is a highly rewarding position where you will become a key part of the child's support network, working closely with teaching staff, the SENCO and external professionals to help the pupil access learning, develop communication skills and achieve greater independence.
As part of this full-time role, you will also work alongside a team of Teaching Assistants to support the school's dedicated bus service.

The Role - 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support throughout the school day
- Support a pre-verbal pupil with complex additional needs
- Implement communication strategies such as visual supports where appropriate
- Encourage participation in classroom learning and social activities
- Support with personal care where required
- Work closely with teachers, therapists and the SENCO
- Assist with the school's morning and afternoon transport service
