Little Ripley Day Nurseries seeks an enthusiastic nursery practitioner qualified to Level 2 or above to join our friendly and experienced team.

Salary and Benefits
- Up to £13.50 per hour £28,080 per annum dependent on age and experience
- Full provision of training (both virtual and in-person) at all levels will be provided by Little Ripley, with all costs covered.
- Routine salary reviews and opportunity for in house promotion / career progression.
- 28 days of annual leave as a minimum, including bank holidays and an extra day off for your birthday with opportunity for increased annual leave based on positive attendance and increasing service.

Responsibilities
- Ensure children are cared for in a happy, secure and stimulating environment.
- Have knowledge, understanding and confidence in keeping children safe and implement Little Ripley’s safeguarding procedures appropriately.
- Carry out a key person role, building effective relationships with the parents and children and meeting the children’s individual care and learning needs.
- Supervise, observe, encourage, and support the children in meeting their personal targets through their interest in ensuring they progress and develop leading them onto the path of school readiness.
- Plan, prepare and deliver the curriculum with the team to consistently meet the requirements of the EYFS.
Schedule
- Full-time: Monday-Friday
- 40 hours per week
Our Nurseries
- Little Ripley now consists of a group of seventeen nurseries in Sutton Coldfield, Erdington, Great Barr and Kingstanding areas.
- All nurseries Ofsted rated as Outstanding or Good.
- Open from 7:00am to 6:00pm, Monday-Friday.
- We are open all year round (52 weeks) and are closed on Bank Holidays.
