Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote a positive atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving practices in compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and manage tabs effectively
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during busy hours
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and ensure timely service delivery
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, with a strong understanding of customer service principles
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with guests and team members
- Familiarity with serving techniques, including proper drink mixing and presentation
- Strong organizational skills to keep the bar area tidy and stocked at all times
