The Role
Your role will involve contacting homeowners throughout Scotland to introduce our services and arrange free, no-obligation appointments for our surveyors.
No hard selling is involved – your goal is simply to generate interest and book appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to homeowners.
- Explaining our products and services in a friendly, professional manner.
- Booking appointments for our surveyors.
- Updating customer records accurately.
- Achieving daily and weekly appointment targets.
- Providing an excellent customer experience on every call.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills.
- A confident and friendly telephone manner.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Target driven and self-motivated.
- Previous telesales, customer service or call centre experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
