Job Summary
Farah Coffee is looking for a confident, outgoing person to join our team and help create unforgettable first coffee experiences.
We run a coffee stall in Central London. During your shift, our baristas will prepare fresh coffees at the stall, and you'll take them out onto the street, offering free samples to passers-by and capturing their genuine first reactions.
You'll be the first person many people meet before they discover Farah Coffee.
Your role
Collect freshly made coffees from our stall throughout your shift.
Walk around the surrounding streets offering free samples to people.
Start natural conversations and encourage honest first reactions.
Help film TikToks, Instagram Reels and street reaction videos.
Create fun, memorable moments that people want to share.
We're looking for someone who: Loves talking to people.
Is confident approaching strangers.
Has great energy and a positive attitude.
Can handle rejection with a smile.
Wants to help build an exciting new coffee brand.
No experience needed.
We're not looking for someone with coffee experience-we're looking for personality.
If you can make people stop walking and smile, we'll teach you everything else.
