Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support daily retail operations, manage stock flow, and drive in-store sales performance. This role suits someone who is both sales-focused and operationally strong, with the ability to handle inventory and supplier coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store/Sales Manager in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
- Actively engage customers, recommend products, and drive upselling
- Supervise and motivate the sales team during shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge across the team
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal product availability
- Handle procurement of goods, including placing orders and coordinating with suppliers
- Track fast-moving items and ensure timely replenishment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reduce stock discrepancies
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Assist in executing promotions, offers, and in-store campaigns
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently
- Track sales performance and report insights to management
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in retail sales (supplements, Nutrition, or wellness preferred)
- Experience in inventory management and basic procurement
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Leadership mindset with ability to manage staff when required
- Good knowledge of vitamins, supplements, or fitness products is a plus
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Energetic, proactive, and results-driven
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
