Duties
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team to ensure efficient food production and service
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Oversee food safety procedures, hygiene standards, and cleanliness within the kitchen
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs effectively
- Develop new menu items in collaboration with management to enhance customer satisfaction
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor kitchen operations during service hours to uphold high performance standards
