Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing exceptional support to staff and clients. Experience working for a Solar Company and in grid applications (G98/G99) highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Handling data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- Assisting with scheduling installations, meetings, and maintaining calendars
- Supporting bookkeeping activities including ordering materials, invoicing and expense tracking
- Providing general administrative support to team members as needed
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks/Xero or similar accounting software is desirable
- Strong administrative experience with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Clerical experience that demonstrates reliability and professionalism
