AIS Marine is looking for a Project Manager to join our Hippo Leisure team to deliver bespoke interactive waterplay projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from initial design and manufacturing through procurement, logistics, installation, commissioning and final client handover.
The role of Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, site installation teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure successful delivery on time, within budget and in full compliance with quality, safety and contractual requirements.
What you will do as our Project Manager:

Lead the HippoLeisure Project Design Team, overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of live project execution, sales opportunities and business development to achieve business objectives.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion.

Develop and maintain detailed project programmes and milestones.

Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and profitability. Identifying opportunities for cost savings.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure projects meet contractual obligations and specifications.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project. Providing progress updates, managing client expectations and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Plan and coordinate installation schedule, arranging logistics, deliveries, plant hire, accommodation and equipment.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and relevant industry standards and regulations.
What are we looking for in our Project Manager:

Proven Project Management experience within Manufacturing, Construction, Engineering or Leisure attractions.

Excellent organisational skills and experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

Commercial awareness and budget management experience.

Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.

Experience delivering interactive waterplay, splash parks, fountains, or aquatic attractions (desirable but not essential).

Knowledge of pumps, filtration systems, controls, or water treatment (desirable but not essential).

Understanding of fabrication and manufacturing processes. Familiarity with CAD drawings and technical specifications.

PRINCE2, APM, or PMP Project Management qualification.

SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
