The Role You'll be responsible for helping to reply to customers, updating order sheets and general day to day admin tasks
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling customer queries and providing a friendly, helpful service
- Managing bespoke strap orders — logging them and following up with customers for any additional details needed
- Checking deliveries against purchase orders when stock arrives
- Processing customer returns and exchanges
- Packing customer orders, as and when required
- Jumping in wherever the team needs a hand — we're small, so everyone plays a part
What We're Looking For
- Someone with a real eye for detail — our customers notice when things are done properly
- Reliable, organised and someone who takes pride in their work
- A positive attitude and a good sense of humour
- Happy working independently but also loves being part of a team
- Experience in retail or customer service is a bonus, but honestly, the right attitude matters more to us
What We Offer
- £14 per hour
- 140 hours holiday per year + pension
- 25 fixed hours per week: Mon & Wed 9–3, Tue & Thu 9–1:30, Fri 9–1
