Home Sweet Home Mortgage Services is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team as a Trainee Mortgage Adviser.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with no previous mortgage experience who is keen to learn. You'll begin by supporting our advisers with mortgage administration while gaining an in-depth understanding of the mortgage process, with the opportunity to progress your career as your knowledge and experience develop.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting our Mortgage Advisers with applications from submission through to completion
- Speaking with clients, lenders, solicitors, estate agents and surveyors
- Chasing documents and keeping clients updated throughout their mortgage journey
- Managing appointments and adviser diaries
- Preparing invoices and carrying out general office administration
- Assisting with social media content and marketing
- Maintaining accurate client records using our CRM systems
- Ensuring compliance and regulatory documentation is completed correctly
- Providing excellent customer service both over the phone and in person
What We're Looking For
- No previous mortgage experience required – full training provided
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good IT skills and confidence using computers
- Reliable, professional and able to work as part of a team
- A genuine interest in property, finance or helping people achieve home ownership would be an advantage
