Vehicle Technician / Master Mechanic
Location: Brighton (Commutable from Hove, Shoreham-by-Sea, Lancing, Worthing, Lewes)
Salary: £32,000 – £50,000 Basic Salary (DOE) + Early Friday Finishes!
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday ONLY – Strictly No Weekends!

- Performing advanced electrical and mechanical fault-finding on modern petrol, diesel, and high-voltage EV/hybrid vehicles

Executing major mechanical overhauls, engine repairs, timing belt/chain replacements, clutches, and suspension builds

Carrying out precise servicing and multi-point vehicle checks following exact manufacturer specifications

Upholding our high workshop standards with a clean, "fixed-first-time" approach
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Repair & Maintenance (or equivalent qualification)

Experience: Ideally 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in a high-standard dealership or specialist garage

Skills: Strong diagnostic capabilities paired with solid, heavy mechanical repair expertise (German marque or EV experience is a huge bonus)

Licence: Valid full UK Driving Licence
