We are looking for a Chef Manager, to join our catering team in one of our established school contracts.
Key responsibilities are to:
·Present and deliver our food offering in line with company standards
·Produce the food offer in line with budget requirements
·Comply with all health and safety and food safety regulations, processes and procedures
·Work as part of the catering team supporting each other to deliver a great service
The role is Monday - Friday, 32.5 hours per week. *Term time only position including holidays inline with school calendar
Ideally you will have some experience in the contract catering sector, however, we will support the right candidate with further training and development.
The role required candidates to obtain a satisfactory enhanced DBS.
