We are looking for a motivated and reliable Soft Landscaper to join our growing team. You will be responsible for creating high-quality landscapes for residential and commercial clients, ensuring all work is completed to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Turfing, seeding, and lawn establishment
- Planting trees, shrubs, hedges, and seasonal bedding plants
- Soil preparation and ground improvement
- Installing planting schemes in line with landscape designs
- Reading and working from landscape plans and drawings
- Operating landscaping tools and equipment safely
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and organised work site
- Working effectively both independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- Previous experience in soft landscaping, horticulture, or a related field preferred
- Good knowledge of plants, trees, and horticultural practices
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
