Job Overview
To be a exceptional trainer/assessor at Buko Traffic & Safety you will need to be a great organiser coupled with an enthusiastic/problem solving attitude. You will need great communication skills, and the ability to listen, understand and comtemplate reponses in a structured and precise manner. You will need to bulid relationships with internal departments and external training bodies to equip all staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out their duties, and to provide all employees with ongoing and long term improvement opportunities to fulfill their potentials within the company.
You will need to ensure you actively embrace the company ethos by being open, honest, transparent and fair with the training and development aspects of employee progression.
You will be required to actively contribute to your teams development within the company ensuring the department delivers the best possible service to all staff, by ensuring training and development is delivered in a prompt and efficient manner, which utilsise the best use to personnel, skills and resources.
You will have to be flexible, dynamic and resilient in your approach to work within the department as we often react to problems at short notice to help sort issues to enable the company to service its clients professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the delivery and assessment of relevant traffic management qualifications including Unit 2 NRSWA, and NHSS 12ab/d.
- You will adhere to training centre policies and standarsaition meetings to ensure the process is fit for purpose and being adhered to.
- You will liase with the Training and compliance team to ensure opportunities for NHSS courses/assessments are met.
- You will ensure all courses and assessments are judged fairly, without bias, and provide feedback to all learners, you will ensure all the paperwork is completed correctly such as learner evidence, photos and are signed and dated.
- You will ensure that all learner logbooks are completed correctly with courses and assessment paperwork at the end of every assessment week.
- You will work with the Compliance manager in ensuring company compliance on issues such as NHSS, Quality(driving standards up), Training and performance, presentation, etc.

Pay: £40,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
