Overview
We're looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated FOH / Barista to join our team in our award winning cocktail bar that has now expanded into a café during the day. You'll be working with a range of lunch based food items and side plates, like cheese boards and toasties, as well as producing artisan coffees and tending our array of delicious sweet treats and cakes. We're looking for someone with experience in hospitality .
Responsibilities
- We require someone who is available both weekdays and weekends, to work the café shifts. These will be between the hours of 8:00am and 3pm (the shift hours will vary from 4hr to 8hrs)
- Greeting and seating guests, creating a comfortable environment and making the customers feel at home.
- Working in a fast paced environment alongside a team to create wonderful drinks and food.
- Prepping and maintaining your stations to ensure a smooth service. Always cleaning up after yourself and keeping an eye out to assist others.
- Always aware of your surroundings, keeping an eye on dirty tables, guests that need seeing to or cleaning / prep activities
- Creating hot drinks and mocktails/cocktails to a great standard and always being open to improving and learning.
- Preparing sandwiches, toasted sandwiches, wraps, and a range of small plate dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Being able to understand the menu and offer any help or suggestions towards guests who need it.
Experience
- 1 Year in Hospitality (Required)
- Barista training (Required)
- Working in a fast paced environment
- Front of House experience with customers and being able to chat to and advise guests in a confident manner

Pay: £10.85-£13.75 per hour
