Junior Air Conditioning Engineer / Trainee

We are looking for 2 reliable and practical people to join our growing air conditioning company in London.
Previous air conditioning experience is NOT essential. We are happy to consider candidates from other practical backgrounds, such as handyman work, construction, plumbing, electrical work, ventilation, mechanical work, or general maintenance.
What we are looking for
- Good practical and mechanical skills
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work as part of a team
- Willing to learn and develop new skills
- Good attitude and professional approach
- Full UK driving licence is an advantage
- Previous air conditioning experience is an advantage, but not required
The role
You will work alongside our experienced engineers on air conditioning installation, servicing and repair jobs.
You will learn:
- Air conditioning installation
- Copper pipework and insulation
- Installation of indoor and outdoor units
- Basic electrical work
- Testing and commissioning
- Servicing and maintenance
- Fault finding and repairs
We are looking for people who want to learn a trade and build a long-term career in air conditioning.

We have a friendly team and provide training and support to the right candidates. The role can develop into a full-time air conditioning engineer position as your skills and experience grow.
