Job Summary
Global Pedagogy & Learning Network Ltd is seeking an experienced Education Programmes Manager to plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality learning programmes. You will coordinate educators, partners, schedules, resources, learner support, and programme performance while ensuring each initiative meets its educational objectives.
What You'll Do
- Plan and manage education programmes from development through completion.
- Create programme schedules, delivery plans, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate trainers, educators, facilitators, partners, and support teams.
- Develop learning materials with subject specialists and instructional designers.
- Monitor learner participation, progress, completion, and satisfaction.
- Ensure programmes meet agreed quality, safeguarding, and accessibility standards.
- Manage enrolment, learner communications, assessments, and programme records.
- Build relationships with schools, training providers, community organisations, and clients.
- Collect feedback and use performance data to improve programme delivery.
- Prepare reports for management, partners, and funding stakeholders.
- Manage programme risks, delivery issues, and changing requirements.
- Support and mentor programme coordinators and administrative staff.
Requirements
- Experience managing education, training, learning, or community programmes.
- Strong understanding of programme planning, learner support, and educational delivery.
- Proven ability to coordinate educators, partners, schedules, and resources.
- Experience monitoring programme outcomes and preparing performance reports.
- Excellent organisation, leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage several programmes and deadlines simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, inclusion, accessibility, and quality-assurance practices.
- Confidence using learning-management, reporting, and administrative systems.
- Degree in Education, Training, Programme Management, or a related discipline is advantageous.
- Project-management, teaching, or learning-and-development certification is desirable.

Pay: £4,000.00-£4,500.00 per month
