We’re looking for a passionate and talented Chef to join our friendly team at a busy gastro pub in the heart of the Cambridgeshire countryside.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys working independently and wants the freedom to put their own stamp on the kitchen.

About the role:
* Running the kitchen independently during service
* Preparing and serving high-quality gastro pub dishes
* Managing kitchen standards, stock and food safety
* Creating new menu ideas and seasonal specials
* Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen
About you:
* Previous experience in a fresh food or gastro pub environment
* Confident working alone and taking ownership of the kitchen
* Passionate about producing excellent food
* Organised, reliable and self-motivated
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
