At West Green Dental Practice, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional dental care in a welcoming environment. Our team is dedicated to patient comfort and oral health, and we are looking for a passionate Dental Hygienist to join us.
The position is for a self-employed dental hygienist providing care for exisiting and direct access patients. Nurse support provided. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting optimal oral health. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and cleanings.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care.
- Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Registered Dental Hygienist with a valid GDC number.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with dental software is a plus.
Summary of position:
- Position is for a Friday 9:30am-5:30pm
- Self Employed on 40% split
- Nurse support provided
- Option for additional days can be discussed
