We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Driver / Forklift Truck Driver to join our client’s warehouse and logistics operation on a temp-to-perm basis.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced FLT Operative looking for a long-term warehouse role with the opportunity to move into permanent employment.
FLT Driver Responsibilities
- Safely operating a forklift truck and FLT equipment
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving, lifting and positioning stock within the warehouse
- Loading and unloading pallets
- Picking and moving goods around the warehouse
- Supporting general warehouse and logistics operations
- Carrying out daily FLT checks and reporting any issues
- Following site health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
FLT Driver Requirements
- Valid and relevant FLT licence/certificate
- Previous experience as an FLT Driver, Forklift Driver or FLT Operative
- Previous warehouse experience
- Confident and competent operating a forklift truck
- Good understanding of warehouse health and safety
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and able to work the required shift pattern

- Pay: £13.50–£15.00 per hour
