Description
· Lead the day-to-day delivery of the security contract, ensuring all KPIs, SLAs, and client expectations are consistently achieved.
· Act as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and responding promptly to operational needs and feedback.
· Manage, motivate, and develop security teams to maintain high standards of performance, professionalism, and service delivery.
· Oversee staffing, rostering, absence management, and recruitment support to ensure full operational coverage.
· Carry out audits, inspections, and risk assessments to uphold quality, compliance, and safety standards.
· Produce clear operational reports, incident updates, and performance reviews for both the client and senior management.
· Monitor budgets, overtime, and contract costs to support efficient and commercially sound service delivery.
· Ensure all Enigma policies, procedures, records, and client documentation are maintained accurately and up to date.
· Support continuous improvement across the contract and undertake additional duties as required by the Directors.
Special requirements needed - Minimum 3 years of supervisor experience
SIA DS or SG required
Pay: £45,000.00 per year
