Job Overview
Rafters Landscapes is looking for an experienced and ambitious Hard Landscaper to join our growing team, working on high-quality residential landscaping projects across the Northwest.
This role is ideal for someone with solid practical landscaping experience who takes pride in attention to detail and wants to develop their career further. You’ll be involved in the installation of complete garden transformations, including paving, groundworks, drainage, decking, fencing, brickwork, retaining structures and bespoke outdoor features.
We’re looking for someone who can work confidently as part of a small team, use their own initiative and maintain the high installation standards expected across our projects.
For the right person, this isn’t intended to remain simply a landscaping role. There will be a clear opportunity to develop into a Team Leader position, gradually taking greater responsibility for setting out, interpreting designs, organising projects and overseeing day-to-day site operations.
All major tools and equipment are supplied, along with transport to and from our projects. The position also includes 30 days’ paid holiday, additional time off over Christmas, company days out and team-building activities.
Experience Required:
- 3+ years experience in hard landscaping or a similar construction role
- Previous experience supervising or leading a team Good knowledge of hard landscaping products
- Ability to set out works, establish levels & work from plans/designs

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
