Grasmere Gather offers visitors a selection of artisan goods that celebrate Cumbria’s rich heritage. From the region’s traditional farming and food production, weaving and textile mills, mining and minerals, and tourism, each product tells a story of craftsmanship and local industry. It’s the perfect place to browse, discover the producers we showcase, and to take home a reminder of a visit to the Lake District.
At the Grasmere Gather you’ll find hand-woven tweed, hand-thrown pottery and ceramics; award-winning photography; design-led giftware by talented local artists; unique leather, wood and paper creations; and mouth-watering Cumbrian produce. All represent the highest quality the UK has to offer.
We’re growing and so we’re looking for one more full time staff member. We are a retail business focused on supporting Cumbrian and other British artisans. We are design led in all that we do.
