Job Description: Kitchen Porter (Washing, Cleaning, Packaging, Labelling)
Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Keep kitchen surfaces and workspaces clean and tidy.
- Assist in packaging and labelling food items.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
- Maintain hygiene and follow safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen or porter experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with good hygiene practices.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of food safety.
- Physically fit for standing and lifting.
