A Varied and Rewarding Role:
- Diverse Bar Experience: Work in our stunning 4-star hotel across both the main restaurant bar and our busy function bar, serving everything from premium coffees to expertly crafted cocktails.
- Luxury Setting: Wilfred’s is a stylish, high-end restaurant within one of the UK’s leading resorts, you will cater to restaurant diners and also large-scale events of up to 320 guests.
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive Attitude: Friendly, adaptable team players who want to grow their hospitality skills.
- Customer Focused: A passion for providing warm, attentive and high-quality service.
- Experience: Previous experience in either coffee or cocktail preparation is essential, but full training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Flexibility: Shifts will include a mix of predominantly evenings and weekends, and some daytime shifts.
- Age Requirement: Must be over 18.
