Full-Time | Office Based | Permanent
Blacknest Industrial Estate, Alton, Hampshire, GU34 4PX near Farnham
Mon–Thurs 8:00am–4:30pm | Fri 8:00am–4:00pm
£28,000–£30,000 + Performance bonuses
(Salary negotiable depending on experience)

About the Role
Join our friendly team at Sealfix as a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue and strengthening customer relationships. You will work with a mix of warm and cold leads, manage existing accounts, and identify new opportunities to grow our customer base.
With full product training provided, you’ll quickly build confidence in our range and develop the skills needed to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
The Day-to-Day
- Outbound sales calls & warm lead follow-ups
- Generating new business through prospecting
- Handling inbound enquiries
- Growing accounts through upselling & cross-selling
- Creating quotations & processing orders
- Working closely with purchasing & internal teams
What we are looking for
- Proactive & Self-Motivated– always looking for opportunities to add value
- Sales or Customer Service Experience – industry experience not required (full training provided)
- Excellent Communication Skills – confident, friendly, and professional
- Resilience & Drive – comfortable handling objections and rejection
- Strong Negotiation Skills – able to resolve issues and close opportunities
- Team-Focused – enjoys working collaboratively in a supportive environment
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
