Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator
Location: Winchmore Hill
Basic salary: From £24,000, negotiable depending on experience
Commission: 10% on personally generated sales and lettings business
An established independent estate agency is seeking an experienced Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join its successful team.
This is a varied, hands-on role covering sales, lettings, viewings, valuations and business generation. The successful candidate must already understand the local property market and be capable of making an immediate contribution with minimal training.
Responsibilities
- Managing sales and lettings enquiries
- Registering buyers, tenants, landlords and vendors
- Conducting sales and lettings viewings
- Carrying out property valuations and market appraisals
- Winning new instructions
- Negotiating offers and agreeing deals
- Progressing transactions and tenancies
- Developing relationships with local landlords and homeowners
- Generating new business through prospecting and follow-up calls
- Maintaining accurate records using Alto
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the process
Requirements
- Strong estate agency experience within sales and lettings
- Previous valuation and instruction-winning experience
- Excellent knowledge of the local property market
- Alto software experience is essential
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Commercially focused and confident generating new business
- Reliable, proactive and capable of managing a busy workload
- Ideally currently working for an estate agency within the surrounding area
- Looking for a secure, long-term position with career progression
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00am-6:30pm
- Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am-4:00pm
- One weekday off each week
The basic salary is negotiable for an experienced and commercially strong candidate who can make an immediate impact.
