Location: Barnet General Hospital, London
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)
Salary: up to £37,370 dependant upon skills and experience
Role Summary
Join Equans as a Maintenance Craftsperson – Fabric to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on building fabric at Barnet General Hospital, ensuring safe, efficient operations aligned with the PPM schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled and reactive maintenance using trade skills.
- Maintain qualifications and up-to-date knowledge.
- Report hazards promptly and manage materials/orders.
- Supervise contractors and operatives.
- Complete all job-related documentation accurately.
- Participate in an emergency on-call rota.
- Follow Company policies on Health & Safety, Quality, and Customer Care.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified craftsperson with relevant trade experience.
- Strong technical and supervisory skills.
- Good organisational and communication abilities.
- Customer-focused and safety-conscious.
- Willing to join an on-call rota.
