About the Role
Partnering with Principals and campus leadership teams across your region, you'll provide expert HR support and guidance across a broad range of people matters. This is a varied and highly visible role where you'll balance operational employee relations support with strategic initiatives, leadership coaching, organisational change and continuous improvement projects.

- 1 day per week based at our Regional Support Office in Coventry
- Remaining time working remotely
You'll support campuses across:
- Oswestry
- Northampton
- Scotland (2 campuses)
- Northern Ireland (2 campuses)
Travel is an essential and rewarding part of the role, allowing you to build meaningful relationships, understand local challenges and provide visible support to leaders and teams across the region.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partnering with Principals and leaders across multiple campuses
- Managing a varied caseload of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance-related cases
- Coaching and developing leaders to strengthen people management capability
- Supporting organisational change, restructures and transformation projects
- Driving employee engagement, retention and wellbeing initiatives
- Challenging constructively and influencing decision-making at all levels
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, practices and ways of working
- Building strong stakeholder relationships through regular campus visits
- Supporting leadership teams to create high-performing and engaged teams
- Contributing to wider People & Culture projects and strategic initiatives
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an HR professional who combines strong technical expertise with exceptional relationship-building skills. You'll be confident, proactive and capable of operating independently across a geographically dispersed region.
You'll bring
- Proven HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor experience
- Strong employee relations knowledge and experience
- Experience supporting multiple sites, regions or locations
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- The confidence to challenge appropriately and drive positive outcomes
- A solutions-focused and commercially minded approach
- Resilience, adaptability and strong organisational skills
- A passion for continuous improvement and positive change
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience)
Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys being out in the business, building relationships and making a genuine difference.
