We offer a comprehensive range of services to landlords, including property refurbishments, tenant management, and guaranteed rental income. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to help us expand our portfolio by acquiring new property owners and landlords.
Job Role:
As the Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by identifying and securing new properties to manage. You will be responsible for creating strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and investors, showcasing the benefits of our services. The role requires someone who can think outside the box, explore innovative methods, and be creative in finding new ways to reach potential clients. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to support growth targets and implement strategies for market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with property owners, landlords, and investors to present our Rent 2 Rent and Guaranteed Rent services.
- Drive lead generation and secure new property management contracts.
- Be innovative and creative in finding new ways to acquire clients and expand our network of property owners.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the property market.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and property exhibitions to promote our services.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and new business activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the property or real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think creatively and explore new ways to attract clients.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to finding new business opportunities.

Pay: £2,500.00-£3,250.00 per month
