Fire Systems Engineer – South London
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Fire Alarm Engineer to join a growing and well-established team covering South London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer with experience across fire and life safety systems to work within a supportive environment, carrying out service, maintenance, fault finding and repairs across a varied customer portfolio.
Fire Systems Engineer Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair fire alarm systems.
- Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently and effectively.
- Carry out routine inspections and testing in line with industry standards.
- Service and maintain emergency lighting systems.
- Inspect and maintain fire extinguishers.
- Service and maintain warden call systems.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with relevant fire safety regulations and company procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service whilst on site.
Fire Systems Engineer Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Engineer.
- Experience working with fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers and warden call systems.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Good understanding of current fire safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Full UK driving licence.
