- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software Xero to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process accounts payable by verifying invoices, preparing payments, and managing vendor relationships efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial reports regularly to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Assist with payroll processing, expense tracking, and budget management to support financial planning.
- Support administrative duties including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting procedures and improve overall office workflows.
- Prepare basic financial reports for management review and assist with audits as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with accounting software Xero is essential.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general bookkeeping practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
