General Assistant – Part Time

We're looking for a friendly, reliable and organised General Assistant to join our team at one of our prestigious corporate hospitality locations in the City of London.
This is a part-time, Monday-to-Friday morning role, ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in keeping things organised and is happy working as part of a close-knit hospitality team.
The Role
Your main responsibility will be making sure our self-service food and drink areas remain fully stocked, clean and beautifully presented throughout the morning.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Replenishing cold drinks across fridges in the restaurant and first-floor breakout areas
- Restocking snacks and ensuring displays remain full and well presented
- Rotating stock and checking dates to maintain excellent food safety standards
- Keeping fridges, shelving and self-service areas clean, tidy and organised
- Monitoring stock levels and letting the management team know when items are running low
- Receiving and putting away stock where required
- Maintaining excellent cleanliness and presentation throughout the site
- Supporting the wider hospitality team with general duties when required
- Providing friendly and helpful service to our guests
This is a hands-on role, so you'll spend much of your shift moving around the site, replenishing stock and making sure everything is exactly where it needs to be.
About You
You don't need years of hospitality experience to be successful in this role. We're much more interested in finding someone who is dependable, friendly and takes pride in doing a job well.

Previous hospitality, catering, retail or stock-replenishment experience would be helpful, but isn't essential as full training will be provided.
