Supply Teachers – Bournemouth & Poole (BCP)
Pay: £140 – £150 per day (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, term time only
Are you a flexible and reliable teacher looking for supply work within supportive school settings?
The Supply Room is currently recruiting Supply Teachers to work across a range of client schools in Bournemouth, Poole and the wider BCP area. We are supporting both primary and secondary schools with short-term, long-term and ongoing supply cover requirements.
This role is ideal for qualified teachers who are looking for flexibility, a better work-life balance or the opportunity to gain experience across different school environments.
The role:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
- Maintaining positive classroom behaviour and engagement
- Creating a focused and supportive learning environment
- Following school policies and safeguarding procedures
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff and senior leadership teams
Requirements:
- QTS or QTLS qualification
- Experience teaching within UK school settings
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Flexible, professional and adaptable approach
- Ability to travel across Bournemouth, Poole and surrounding areas
Expectations:
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Be reliable, punctual and confident adapting to new school environments
- Follow lesson plans and school procedures effectively
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
