About the Role:
As a junior Campaign Executive, you’ll be responsible for coordinating every aspect of our campaigns, from initial briefing and planning to live execution and post-campaign reporting. You’ll work closely with the team to ensure campaigns run smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Campaign Phase:
· Receive and review campaign briefs, liaise with clients, and agree timelines, feedback, and reporting.
· Plan tasks, staffing, equipment, and logistics, including risk assessments, H&S, and welfare provisions.
· Support recruitment, staff briefings, venue bookings, and equipment management.
· Ensure client invoicing, budgets, and profitability are accurately recorded.
Post-Campaign Phase:
· Collate reusable assets, conduct staff and client debriefs, and produce final campaign reports.
· Analyse campaign outcomes and financial performance.
· Identify opportunities for future campaigns and support account development.
Client Development:
· Maintain regular contact with clients and nurture long-term relationships.
· Engage lapsed clients with new ideas and campaign solutions.
· Keep client information accurate and up to date in the CRM.
· Share engaging updates on LinkedIn/Facebook about campaigns and activity.
Hours
Monday - Friday 8:45 - 17:45
This role would suit people who have:
- Well suited to graduates from Marketing / Events / PR / Communications degrees
- Excellent communication skills, you'll be able to engage with a variety of internal and external partners.
- Great organisation skills, you'll work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications:
- A-Level English & Maths – Grade A
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Communications, or a related field.
