We're looking for an experienced and passionate bar person and waiter.
This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely is passionate about cocktails, wines and beers enjoys setting standards and thrives in a quality-driven, boutique environment.
The Role
- Preparing and serving high-quality classic and signature cocktails
- Working closely with the kitchen to seat and look after guests
- Ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality at all times
- Delivering excellent, personable customer service
- Working service shifts as a key member of the restaurant and bar team
About You
- Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and modern techniques
- Calm, organised, and professional under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently and leading by example
