Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Nurse Level 3 to join our early childhood education team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children, fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Duties
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development in children.
- Supervise children at all times ensuring their safety and well-being within the nursery environment.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, behaviour, and any concerns in line with regulatory standards.
- Support the implementation of nursery policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safeguarding regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support individualised learning plans and developmental milestones.
- Lead small group activities, providing guidance and encouragement to foster independence and confidence.
- Manage daily routines such as meal times, naps, and outdoor play sessions efficiently.
- Contribute to the organisation of nursery events and parent meetings as required.
- Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior staff members and assisting in their professional development.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children within a nursery or early childhood education setting.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities in previous roles involving childcare or educational responsibilities.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices in childcare settings.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience in managing behavioural challenges with patience and professionalism.
- Valid driving licence is desirable for transporting children or attending external activities.

Pay: £30,000.00-£37,912.21 per year
