We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Steel Fitter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and welding steel components to precise specifications, ensuring the integrity and safety of structural frameworks. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in fabrication and mechanical work to contribute to high-quality projects in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in all types of steel fitting:
- Structural steelwork
- Gates
- Balconies
- Railings
- Staircases
- Architectural metal work & general steel installations
Requirements
- Proven experienced in steel fitting
- Must be able to site weld
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Reliable, hardworking & punctual
- Positive attitude & willing to get stuck in
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
