Listers Health is expanding with a new ladies-only health and wellness destination in Bradford. We're looking for an experienced Barista / Café Team Member to become involved as we prepare to launch the café.
This is an opportunity to join a completely new operation from the beginning. We're particularly interested in someone who can bring genuine café and coffee experience, provide excellent customer service and contribute practical ideas as we develop our coffee and drinks offering.
What you'll be doing:
· Preparing and serving consistently high-quality coffee and other hot and cold drinks
· Supporting food service and the general day-to-day running of the café
· Maintaining excellent customer service standards
· Helping establish an organised and efficient café/coffee station
· Monitoring stock levels and supporting ordering
· Helping control stock and minimise wastage
· Maintaining excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards
· Following food-safety and allergen procedures
What we're looking for:
· Previous barista and café experience
· Strong knowledge and interest in coffee
· Experience producing quality coffee consistently
· Good understanding of café operations and customer service
· Awareness of stock control and wastage
· Excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards
· Friendly and professional with customers
· Proactive and happy to get involved beyond simply preparing drinks
· Experience helping set up, open or develop a café would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
