Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor software engineering teams across multiple projects.
- Define and execute engineering strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee software architecture, development, and delivery processes.
- Drive engineering best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of technology platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading software engineering teams in a senior leadership role.
- Strong background in software development, system architecture, and cloud technologies.
- Experience delivering complex technology projects at scale.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: £8,500.00-£13,000.00 per month
