Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and personalized tutoring sessions tailored to each student's individual needs.
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support student development.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and session outcomes.
- Support students with special educational needs by implementing appropriate teaching methods.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Stay informed about best practices in special education and tutoring techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, especially with children requiring additional support.
- Strong understanding of special education needs and inclusive teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to assess student progress and tailor lessons accordingly.
- Passion for supporting learners with diverse needs.
- Relevant qualifications in education or special education are preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
