Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards in a professional dining environment? Sodexo is looking for a dedicated Steward to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our dining facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
In this role, you will help deliver an exceptional food service experience across the dining room and associated areas, supporting both daily operations and special functions. Working closely with the Mess Manager and Head Steward, you will contribute to a welcoming, efficient and well-presented environment for all customers.
What you’ll do:

Deliver a professional and welcoming service, maintaining high standards of personal presentation while serving food and beverages to customers.

Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented environment across all front and back-of-house areas, following cleaning schedules and COSHH requirements.

Support daily operations and functions, including basic food preparation and event set-up, as directed by the Mess Manager or Head Steward.

Follow all food safety, health and safety, quality and company procedures, ensuring documentation is completed accurately and equipment issues or breakages are reported promptly.

Work collaboratively as part of the team, demonstrating a professional approach while developing your skills and knowledge within the Steward role.

Previous Silver Service training or experience is desirable.
