Key responsibilities
keeping the kitchen clean and tidy
assisting with food preparation when required
emptying bins and keeping bin area and grease traps clean and tidy
following food hygiene and health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for motivated individuals
- Basic understanding of food hygiene standards and safety procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work shifts as required, including evenings and weekends
