Main Purpose of Job
Reporting to the Production Manager and working with the Production Co-ordinator, the successful candidate will provide vital administrative support to the Audio production team.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Provide general administrative support to the production
- Raise Fieldglass Workorders and Purchase Orders and ensure associated IR35 data is added to the IMG system
- Process invoices and occasional expenses and update the cost trackers accordingly
- Assist the Production Co-ordinator with some key logistical tasks such as booking hotels, travel and equipment for larger Radio productions
- Booking freelancers
- Complete and upload post-production paperwork, including music cue sheets
- Ensure key production documents, as assigned by the PM and PC, are maintained and accurately completed
- You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job, as directed by the Production Manager
Unusual Challenges or Circumstances:
- Occasional point of contact for freelancers outside of office hours, as applicable
- Occasional on-site assistance on larger Radio productions, which may involve travel
Key Results Areas:
- Excellent production assistance to the Production Co-ordinator and Production Manager
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ensuring Fieldglass Workorders are raised in a timely fashion and accurate records are kept
- Take on more responsibility according to experience
Skills and Abilities
- Previous experience in production administration
- Highly organised
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Good command of the English language
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good at managing / prioritising workload
- Excellent time management – reliable and punctual
- Effective team working – showing initiative where appropriate
- Positive, professional and keen approach to work
- Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility
Knowledge and Experience
- Previous experience as a Production Assistant or similar role
- Experience of keeping accurate records, processing invoices and tracking costs

Working Conditions
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role.
Monday - Friday (occasional weekend work might be required).
This role will be based at our office in Stockley Park, 4 days in/ 1 day from home.
