Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Duty Manager to oversee daily operations within our bar & restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences while managing staff and maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company policies.
- Provide outstanding guest services, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Lead, motivate, and train staff, ensuring they deliver high-quality service and maintain operational standards.
- Collaborate with various departments, including human resources, to facilitate staff scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Handle any emergencies or incidents with professionalism, ensuring the safety and comfort of guests.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and staff performance.
Skills
- Strong background in guest services and hospitality management.
- Experience in hotel operations is highly desirable.
- Proven leadership abilities with a focus on supervising teams effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are an advantage, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
