The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, solving problems, improving processes and supporting colleagues.
You'll play a key role in the administration and development of our Property Management System (Axis PMS / Res:Harmonics) and wider business systems. Acting as the bridge between our operational teams and software providers, you will ensure our systems are accurate, efficient and fully supporting the needs of the business.
This role would suit someone with experience in hospitality, serviced accommodation, property operations, reservations, revenue support, business administration, or systems coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Property Management System (Axis PMS)
Administer and maintain the Axis Property Management System.
Support users and assist with system training for new starters.
Monitor and manage support tickets with system providers.
Investigate and resolve system issues and integration failures.
Add, update and deactivate properties, units and user accounts.
Carry out regular data quality and data cleansing checks.
Ensure booking, company and customer records follow company standards.
Monitor workflows, activities and operational compliance.
Support reporting and system audits.
Business Systems & Projects
Support the implementation and rollout of new systems and technologies.
Work with internal teams to improve processes and system usage.
Assist with PMS enhancement projects and operational system improvements.
Maintain user permissions and access controls.
Create and maintain standard operating procedures and system documentation.
Build and maintain forms, templates and process workflows.
Support onboarding activities within systems such as Rippling and other business platforms.
Operational Support
Liaise with system suppliers and software account managers.
Work closely with Operations, Brand Standards, Sales and Finance teams.
Support inventory uploads, property data maintenance and channel management activity.
Help ensure business systems remain accurate, compliant and fully utilised.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and better processes.
Technology Support
Assist with user account administration.
Support the allocation of laptops and mobile phones for new starters.
Help users follow up on technical support tickets.
Assist with administration of company phone systems and communication tools.

Essential Skills & Experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience using business systems, databases or SaaS platforms.
Experience maintaining accurate records and data.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Ability to learn new systems quickly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Experience
Property Management System (PMS) experience.
Hospitality, hotel, serviced accommodation or property sector experience.
User onboarding and systems training.
Systems implementation or software rollout projects.
Understanding of integrations, channel managers or operational software.
Experience creating process documentation or SOPs.
