Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Toolroom Fitter with CNC Lathe experience being an advantage. Constell is located in Rochdale. As a Toolmaker, you will be responsible for the assembly of new and refurbished tooling. We are looking for an Experienced toolmaker who can operated machinery, problem solve and work un supervised to get tooling completed to a high standard.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Toolroom environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Strong knowledge of machine tooling and cutting tools
- Familiarity with CNC programming and operating software
- Ability to perform tool changes, offsets, and minor maintenance tasks
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Tool making experience would be an advantage
